Since 2005, the Hydromellerie Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix has been the pride of the village. Dedicated to the artisanal manufacture of alcoholic beverages made from honey, it is the only one of its kind in Bas-Saint-Laurent. In addition to production activities, the Hydromellerie Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix is ??intended to be a place intended to promote and showcase the work of bees.
